Collection of personal data
At Kelsa Media, we store and process personal data about you in order to provide you with the best possible service.
The primary way in which we collect personal data is when you as a customer visit our site, place an order, sign up for newsletters, customer clubs, loyalty programmes or similar.
Furthermore, we collect personal data when you participate in campaigns and competitions.
Visit our websites
When you visit humourmodhacking.dk, humouragainsthacking.com and kelsa.dk, we collect information sent from your terminal equipment. This may include information about your device ID, IP address, device type, browser type, length of visit, geographical location, preferences and information regarding your use of humourmodhacking.dk. We do all this to provide you with a good user experience every time you shop with us.
We do not collect data via cookies, tracking URLs or beacons.
Purchase
When you shop on our site, it will often be necessary to collect a range of data about you. The information we collect and process will vary in each specific situation. We typically collect your basic information, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, financial information, IP address and other information necessary for us to deliver your order to you.
In addition, we register your information for the purpose of complying with legal requirements, handling any future complaints or product liability cases and statistical analysis.
Newsletters, competitions, etc.
If you have entered a competition, signed up for our newsletter or otherwise participated in an event facilitated by Kelsa Media, we have registered data about you in connection with the registration. This may vary depending on which event you have participated in. However, we never collect more information than what is necessary to organise the event or provide the service, and you can always gain insight into the data we have registered about you.
Please note that some competitions are organised through third parties such as Facebook and Instagram, whereby they become data controllers for any information you have provided in connection with the competition.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
Kelsa Media will never sell or disclose your personal data to a third party without your consent or if it is not necessary to complete a transaction (for example, delivery of a product or sending a newsletter) or necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Kelsa Media discloses information to partners who are authorised to use your information in connection with the delivery of goods and to keep you updated on the status of an order. Furthermore, we pass on your information to our selected and trusted partners who handle marketing, finance and payment.
For example, after a purchase with us, you may be contacted by one of our partners to provide a review of the product you have purchased or your overall customer experience with us. We cooperate with external data processors outside the EU. These are Google Analytics v/Google LLC. and Facebook Inc. both of which are based in the USA. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of data to the USA are ensured through the data processor's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, cf. Article 45 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Storage of personal data
At Kelsa Media, we store your personal data for as long as necessary and permitted by the applicable legislation on the processing of personal data. We also store and use your data when necessary to comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
